Small Group Landscape Photography Workshops 2019

These workshops are for all levels of ability, from beginners to experienced photographers. They have a maximum of four photographers, and the cost does not usually include transport to locations and food/drinks.
Participants should ensure that they have adequate personal and photo gear insurance prior to the workshop.
If you choose to join him for more than one day you will need to organise your own accommodation.
Most workshops include one, sometimes two cafe/Inn breaks, and John will have his MacBook with him so that some Photoshop processing can be included during the day.
Benefit from positive analysis/feedback on any images you care to bring along. John offers analysis and feedback of images to all clients following workshops via e-mail or over the phone.

Purple Heather to Shingle Beach - The North Yorkshire Moors & Yorkshire Coast

4708 Boulby Cliffs & Staithes

This workshop starts in Hutton Le Hole on the North Yorkshire Moors, where we will meet over a complimentary coffee / tea at the Forge Tea Rooms. From here we will go to work in Rosedale photographing the purple heather and landscape around Rosedale Abbey. After a light lunch break we then drive over the moors to the coast where we will work at several locations, and finish a little after sundown either in Whitby or Staithes.

This workshop will start in Reeth, meeting on the village green at 9:00AM , and finish back in Reeth around 5:00PM. Other locations generally visited during this workshop include the remote and beautiful village of Langthwaite in Arkengarthdale, Gunnerside village with stunning field system dry stone walls and barns, Keld village and waterfall short walk and the amazing wild flower meadows at Muker.
